You NEVER know where or when lightning will strike.

When I first met Listbuilding author, Glen Hopkins, he was very
generous in offering an ear and insight into growing my business,
without even knowing who I am.

That first conversation lasted all of 30 seconds.

Then over the course of the next two days, we didn’t get a chance
to really hook up, but we kept running into each other.

It wasn’t until I cornered him and asked him to participate in this
quick video minute that we REALLY started to talk.

Here’s the thing:

In the video, he talks about building a relationship over time,
which I wholeheartedly agree, THEN…

…look to do some business in the future, once the relationship develops.

Sound advice right?

Funny thing is, IMMEDIATELY after this video was shot, we talked
about our personal areas of expertise, and realized that we can
certainly help each other, not in six months from now but that
very moment!

That’s what you’d call lightning striking.

You just never know when or where it could happen,
but it DOES happen on occasion.
